2. Eligibility

To use LeadzSuite, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

LeadzSuite operates on a monthly recurring subscription.
By subscribing, you agree that:

Your card will be charged automatically each billing cycle

Payments are final and non-refundable

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination

If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of instant digital access, all payments are non-refundable.
This includes subscription payments, upgrades, templates, and service packages.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your login information

All activity within your account

Ensuring all content you upload complies with the law

Managing your clients if you use the platform to serve customers

We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access due to your actions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use LeadzSuite to:

Send spam or unsolicited messages

Host illegal content

Abuse email or SMS tools

Violate any marketing, privacy, or GDPR regulations

Engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior

Interfere with platform performance or security

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

7. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the platform running smoothly, but we do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted availability

Error-free performance

Data storage without loss

System maintenance or updates may temporarily affect access.

8. Third-Party Integrations

LeadzSuite integrates with third-party services (Stripe, PayPal, email + SMS providers, social platforms, etc.).
We are not responsible for:

Their performance

Their outages

Their terms or policies

Fees associated with external services

You must comply with each provider’s rules.

9. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload.
By using LeadzSuite, you grant us permission to host, store, and display your content solely for platform functionality.

We do not claim ownership of your digital products, websites, or funnels.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, templates, training, and features inside LeadzSuite are the intellectual property of LeadzSuite.

You may not:

Copy

Resell

Distribute

Reverse-engineer

Claim ownership of the platform

Any misuse may result in legal action.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

Violating these terms

Not paying your subscription

Misusing platform tools

Fraudulent activity

You may also cancel your account anytime.

12. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

Income or financial results

Business success

Sales or performance outcomes

Your results depend on your effort and actions.

13. Limitation of Liability

LeadzSuite is not liable for:

Lost profits

Lost data

Damages from downtime

Misuse of platform tools

Your interactions with clients or customers

Use the platform at your own risk.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time.
Continued use of LeadzSuite means you accept updated terms.
